To empower women and vulnerable community members by promoting sustainable livelihoods, education, economic independence, health, environmental stewardship, and human rights, while reducing poverty, inequality, and suffering through inclusive community-led development initiatives that create lasting social and economic transformation.
New Innovators Women Association (NIWA) was formed in 2015 by a group of 3 members who had an idea of recruitment of more members to achieve the laid association’s aims and objectives. Currently , we are 51 members
The Idea of starting up this association is to reduce on the rate of suffering of the inhabitants of the rural communities.
Our organisation is women led and primarily work to help women. All the board members and volunteers are women.
Our objectives are;
Behind every woman struggling to provide for her family is a dream of a better tomorrow. At New Innovators Women Association, we work to turn those dreams into reality by empowering women with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to lift themselves and their families out of poverty.
Every day, we meet women who are determined to succeed but lack access to training, financial resources, quality healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods. Through vocational training, agriculture, livestock rearing, savings groups, women's rights education, environmental conservation, and health programmes, we help them build brighter, more secure futures.
But we cannot do it alone.
Your generosity can provide a woman with the tools to start a business, help a girl stay in school through access to reusable sanitary pads, support a family with sustainable farming, or restore hope to a vulnerable household. Every contribution, no matter the size, creates opportunities that change lives and strengthen entire communities.
When you donate, you are not simply giving money—you are giving hope, dignity, confidence, and the chance for women and children to thrive.
Join us today. Together, we can empower women, transform communities, and build a future where every family has the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and hope.
